Activities in many places

Dear friends,

while Katrin and Guido have returned from their tour in India about one week ago (report with photos will follow!), we would like to sum up once more the many ways our numerous friends assist us and contribute throughout the whole year to make the work successful!

There is so much wonderful creative ingenuity and great commitment by the many groups and individuals, which also encourages our teams in the various countries to continue at full speed.

• Doris has already cooked and filled hundreds of jars of the tastiest jam. The fruits often come from Doris' and Michael's own garden or are brought by other friends. Ingrid picks up the jars and brings the empty ones collected by many friends back to Doris, and Erni sells the delicious jam in favor of friends help friends.
• Marlinde produces many, many handmade soaps and other beautiful things.
• There are so many knitting ladies from Germany (Eberswalde, Knetzgau, Bamberg, Murrhardt etc. etc.), Luxembourg (Rodange, Ettelbréck) and Austria...
• For many years, scarves are also being knitted in the waiting rooms of Bamberg doctor's practices. For example in the physiotherapy practice of Matthias Bickel, in the dental practice of Dr. Grünbeck and the general practice of Dr. Höfer. Maria and Christina are responsible for inspecting and starting the knitted warm, colorful pieces. Alexandra, an assistant of Dr. Höfer's practice, also helps, e.g. when stitches fall off the needle or when a piece must be redone. And the diligent knitting ladies continue knitting piece after piece ...
• For years our friends from Rodange, Luxembourg “Les amis des lépreux” have been supporting the work of friends help friends with many activities.
• Isolde, Christine and the whole "Rainbow-Bazar"-team from Zapfendorf donated the proceeds of their actions twice to friends help friends
• Julia, Theresa, Carolin, Nadja, Anja, Katrin, Florian, Carmen, Kerstin, Vanessa and countless helpers from the village like Henri, who provided all the bread rolls and diligent cake bakers, donated the proceeds of the "Women's Flea Market" in Neubrunn.
• Together with the team of the kindergarten St. Marien under the direction of Mrs. Weidmann in Gundelsheim Susanne sold beautiful things for friends help friends.
• For many years Heidi and Steffi have been selling self-made unique pieces like beautiful bags at the "Christmas Market" in Murrhardt.
• Margarete participated once more for friends help friends at the "Christmas Market" in Unterhohenried.
• For many years, Elisabeth, Edel, Ute, Gaby, Helga, Kai, Uschi, Hans Werner, Ulrike, Wilhelm and many other friends have been organizing a "benefit flea market" in Bad Kreuznach.
• Heike, Gary, Maya and Johanna were selling at the "Christmas Market" in Kleinmünster.
• Heidi, Gitti, Sabine, Roland A., Susanne, Anna Maria, Christina, Christin, Erni, Alois, Ingrid, Claudia, Christiane, Katja, Heidi H., Roland V. created a wonderful Christmas table at the "Christmas Market" in Oberschwappach.
• There are also Caye, Christina, Heidi, Gitti, Sabine, Roland A., Susanne, Maria, Wendelin, Bernhard, Anna Maria, Christin, Erni, Alois, Ingrid, Claudia, Christiane, Katja, Heidi H., Roland V. and ALL friends who have been tirelessly helping and donating at the flea market in Bamberg for years.
• Ingrid and Christina sold among their colleagues beautiful things for a good cause.
• For years, Katrin, Silvia, Ludmila (and niece), Heidi, Eva, Marion, Sandy, Cornelius, Andrea, Elfriede, Stefan and many other friends have been participating in the "Winterkiosk" and the "Trempelmarkt" in Nuremberg.
• For years, Inge and the students of the State Comprehensive School Köppelsdorf/Sonneberg have been organizing great school projects for friends help friends.
• Every year, Helena, Hildegard and Josef with their team of artists and many, many helpers from the village donate a large part of the proceeds from the project choir's Christmas concert in Lauter for the work of friends help friends
• For many years, Dr. Daniel has beenis supporting the work within his Ayurveda practice in Sant Marein near Graz.
• Elfriede and Gisela from Austria have been providing great support with many special school events and bazaars
• Jürgen, Tobias, Petra and Mila give illustrated lectures about the friends help friends tours in different countries

our heartfelt wishes for a Merry Christmas to you all!
The last few weeks have been exhausting for most of us and we are all looking forward to some quiet and reflective days.
Despite their professional commitments and family responsibilities, so many of you have actively supported the projects.
THANKS to ALL friends from near and far for the incredibly enriching and great actions that they have carried out in recent weeks!
There is so much to think about at every event and so many helping hands are needed to make sure that everything runs as smoothly as possible.
